ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 112 Ayala Court Architecture and Site Application S-02-25 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a retaining wall on property zoned HR-1:PD. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Tammy and Chris Collins Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 2: 16639 Shannon Road (Lot 1) Architecture and Site Application S-00-117 Subdivision Application M-00-16 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence and for a lot line adjustment between two properties zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Lee Campbell 16639 Shannon Road (Lot 2) Architecture and Site Application S-00-119 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Lee Campbell Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of May 22, 2002. ITEM 3: 2 Brickway Court Subdivision Application M-02-8 Requesting approval to merge two lots on property zoned RM:12-20. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Patricia and Henri Ramon Deemed complete.
