ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 110 Olive Street Architecture and Site S-02-17 Requesting approval to demolish a detached garage, construct a new detached garage within the required setbacks, and exceed the 15% accessory building coverage on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1:D. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: J ames Kooper Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 2: 115 Sierra Azule Architecture and Site Application S-02-10 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool on property zoned HR-2 1/2. PROPERTY OWNER: Jagdeep and Roshni Singh APPLICANT: David Fox Deemed incomplete by Engineering Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed or matter will be scheduled for a public hearing. ITEM 3: 16051 Shannon Road Architecture and Site Application S-02-5 Requesting approval of a major addition to a single family residence on property in the HR -1 zone. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Mark Holland Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:45A.M.
