SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 12, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 14742 Eastview Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-15
Requesting approval to demolish an existing residence, construct a new residence,
and construct an accessory structure within the required setbacks on property zoned
R-1:12.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Dale and Monique Drumm
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Division. Must return to DRC.
ITEM 2: 14730 Eastview Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-4
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned R-1:12.
PROPERTY OWNER: Michael and Jane Catalano
Deemed complete. Mater will be referred to the Planning Commission as an item of
interest. If no concerns are raised by the Planning Commission, a Notice of Intent to
Approve the application will be mailed.
ITEM 3: 104 Crider Court
Architecture and Site Application S-02-8
Requesting approval to modify previously approved plans to construct an accessory
structure on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Pffiefer Ranch Investors I, Inc
APPLICANT: Pinn Brothers Construction Inc.
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission
Meeting of March 10, 2002.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:50 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, March
26, 2002.
