OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 5, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: 115 Sierra Azule
Architecture and Site Application S-02-10
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool on property
zoned HR-2 1/2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Jagdeep and Roshni Singh
APPLICANT: David Fox
Deemed incomplete by Planning & Engineering Divisions. Needs to return to
Development Review Committee.
ITEM 2: 497 Bird Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-16
Requesting approval of a partial demolition of a pre-1941 residence, the construction
of a two- story addition and an accessory structure over 450 square feet within the
required setbacks on property zoned R-1:10.
PROPERTY OWNER: Brian and Tamaryn Kulman
APPLICANT: Cody Anderson Wasney Architects
Deemed incomplete by Planning & Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return to
Development Review Committee.
