SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 26 , 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: 197 Kimble Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-9
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and swimming pool and to
construct a new single family residence and swimming pool on property zoned
R-1:20.
PROPERTY OWNER: Tim and Joan Conley
APPLICANT: THIS Design
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions and Fire Department.
Must return to Development Review Committee.
ITEM 2: 128 Regent Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-7
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool and approval
to construct two detached accessory structures on property zoned HR-1:PD.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Issac Sargiz
Applicant did not show. Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need
to return to Development Review Committee.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:50 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, March
5, 2001.
