OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 19, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval of a lot merger on properties zoned R-1:8 and R-1D:LHP.
PROPERTY OWNER: Larry and Karin Willard

Deemed complete and application was approved.
ITEM 2: 272 Marchmont Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-02-6
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a retaining wall on property
zoned R-1:10.

Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Must return to DRC.
