ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 133 Glen Ridge Avenue Subdivision Application M-02-1 Requesting approval of a lot merger on properties zoned R-1:8 and R-1D:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER: Larry and Karin Willard APPLICANT: Russ Edwards Deemed complete and application was approved. ITEM 2: 272 Marchmont Drive Architecture and Site Application S-02-6 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a retaining wall on property zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Joseph and Michele Regan Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Must return to DRC. ITEM 3: 227C N. Santa Cruz Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-02-1 Requesting approval to conduct Yoga Classes on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Batista Vieira APPLICANT: Yoga Source Partners Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of March 13, 2002 as a consent item.. ITEM 4: 176 Villa Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-110 Requesting approval to construct a first and second story addition and to reconstruct a detached garage within the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: Chris and Jennifer Fink Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission Meeting of March 27, 2002. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
