SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 29, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner

ITEM 1: 15310 Kennedy Road (Revised)
Subdivision Application M -01-2
Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned HR-2 1/2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Green Eyes LLC
APPLICANT: Power Engineering Contractors, Inc. and TS Civil Engineering
Deemed incomplete by Planning & Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return
to DRC. Once complete, environmental review precess will commence.
ITEM 2: 17721 Foster Road (Revised)
Architecture and Site Application S-01-99
Requesting approval of a major remodel with addition to a single family residence
and minor grading and to eliminate a secondary dwelling unit on property zoned
HR-2 1/2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Jeffrey and Kristi Miller
APPLICANT: Lawrence Cook
Deemed incomplete by Planning & Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return
to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for a public hearing.
