SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 22, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Joel Paulson.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: . 71 College Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-02-1
Requesting approval to eliminate a secondary dwelling unit on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Tim McNeil
Final action by: Planning Commission
The application was deemed complete and will be scheduled for Planning
Commission.
ITEM 2: 300 Calle Marguerita
a. Development Application PD-99-002
b. Architecture and Site Application S-02-02
c. Negative Declaration ND-99-10
Requesting approval of a zone change from R-1:8 to RM:5-12:PD and Architecture
and Site approval to construct eight townhouses. No significant environmental impacts
have been identified and a Negative Declaration is recommended.
PROPERTY OWNER: HL & L 99 LLC
APPLICANT: Sui Hwu
Final action by: Town Council
Engineering noted some minor deficiencies relative to drainage. The
project engineer will work directly with Engineering to clarify and
receive approval of the proposed drainage plan. Planning requested
completion of one item on the project data table and provided dates
for the applicant to post the public notice and to provide the color
and material board. The application has been advertised for the January
30, 2002 Planning Commission agenda.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, January
29, 2002.
