SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 2, 2002 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Verbal Communication: Ray Davis spoke about Town employees and DRC process and
how they are unaware of Town’s policies and changes need to be made.
ITEM 1: 105 N. Santa Cruz Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-01-108
Requesting approval to modify the exterior of a commercial building on property
zoned C-2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Edward Stahl
APPLICANT: Geri Fox - Fast Trak Permit Service
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return
to DRC. Once deemed complete, application will be approved.
ITEM 2: 17300 Phillips Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-01-109
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool on property
zoned HR-2 1/2.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Rod and Cynthia Schrock
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry and Engineering Divisions. Must
return to DRC. Matter may need to be referred to Planning Commission.
ITEM 3: 16400 Lark Avenue
Conditional Use Permit U-01-21
Requesting approval to install a wireless communications facility on an existing
commercial building on property zoned CH.
PROPERTY OWNER: David Feece
APPLICANT: Art Najera (Skytel)
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission
meeting.
