ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Darlene Monroe, Senior Building Inspector Verbal Communications: Mr. Ray Davis spoke about the Town Council’s actions concerning appeals. ITEM 1: 14880 Las Flores Lane (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-109 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Saeed Alampaykar Final action by Planning Commission PLANNER: Steve Lynch Deemed incomplete by the Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued item. ITEM 2: 16400 Lark Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-01-21 Requesting approval to install a wireless communications facility on an existing commercial building on property zoned CH. PROPERTY OWNER: David Feece APPLICANT: Art Najera (Skytel) Final action by Planning Commission PLANNER: Steve Lynch Applicant did not show. Continue to next meeting. ITEM 3: 211 Bachman Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-116 Historic Architecture and Site Application HS-00-13 Requesting approval to construct a detached garage within the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot and to add onto the second floor less than 100 square feet on property zoned R-1:D:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER: Forrest Straight Final action by Development Review Committee PLANNER: Sandy Baily Deemed incomplete by the Planning Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 18400 Overlook Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-42 Requesting approval to modify the carport roofs on property zoned RM:5 -12. The action will be for denial without prejudice due to lack of progress. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Rancho de Los Gatos Townhouses Final action by Development Review Committee PLANNER: Joel Paulson Denied with out prejudice due to lack of progress. ITEM 5: 193 La Montagne Court Architecture and Site Application S-00-99 Requesting approval of a grading permit to co nstruct two retaining walls on property zoned R-1:12. The action will be for denial without prejudice due to lack of progress.
