SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR, DECEMBER 18, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Darlene Monroe, Senior Building Inspector
Verbal Communications: Mr. Ray Davis spoke about the Town Council’s actions
concerning appeals.
ITEM 1: 14880 Las Flores Lane (Revised Plans)
Architecture and Site Application S-00-109
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new residence
on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Saeed Alampaykar
Final action by Planning Commission PLANNER: Steve Lynch
Deemed incomplete by the Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to
return to DRC. Matter scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued
item.

Requesting approval to install a wireless communications facility on an existing commercial
building on property zoned CH.
