SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR, NOVEMBER 27, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Lynch.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 14880 Las Flores Lane
Architecture and Site Application S-00-109
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Saeed Alampaykar
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions and Fire Department.
Does not need to return to DRC. Matter is already scheduled for a Planning
Commission meeting as a continued item.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:00 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, December
4, 2001.
