SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 20, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner
Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Mark Nadvornik, Fire Department
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Ray Davis spoke about the need for Town staff to carry
out DRC duties and policies of the Town.
ITEM 1: 135 Charles Street
Architecture and Site Application S-01-105
Requesting approval of a second story addition and to project into the required
setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Peter and Suzanne Muller
Deemed incomplete by Fire, Engineering and Planning Departments. Does not need
to return to DRC.
ITEM 2: 130 Nina Court (Lot 1)
Architecture and Site Application S-01-102
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned
R-1:10.
PROPERTY OWNER: Michael M. Fjelstad

Deemed incomplete by Fire, Engineering and Planning Departments. Needs to return
