SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division
Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
John Curtis, PPW Director
ITEM 1: 17480 Shelburne Way
a. Architecture and Site Application S-01-101
b. Conditional Use Permit U-01-20
Requesting approval to add onto a veterinary clinic (Los Gatos Dog and Cat Hospital)
and to modify the use permit for the addition on property zoned LM.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Kyle Frandle
Deemed incomplete per Planning, Engineering, and Parks and Forestry. Does not
need to return to DRC.
ITEM 2: 10 Monroe Court
a. Planned Development Application PD-01-2
b. Architecture and Site Application S-01-100
c. Negative Declaration ND-01-14
Requesting approval of a Planned Development to change the zone from RM: 12-20
to RM: 12-20:PD to construct four dwelling units and Architecture and Site approval
to demolish four existing pre-1941 residences. If no significant environmental
impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration is
recommended.
PROPERTY OWNER: David H. Pitzen
Deemed incomplete per Planning, Engineering, and Parks and Forestry. Needs to
return to DRC.
