10-23-01 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR, OCTOBER 23, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Darlene Monroe, Senior Building Inspector Imad Bayashi, Assistant Engineer VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Ray Davis talked about Letter of Justifications. ITEM 1: 14880 & 14890 Los Gatos Blvd., 14950 & 14960 Terreno de Flores Lane (Revised Plans) a. Architecture and Site Applications S-01-83 through S-01-95 b. Subdivision Application M-01-14 Requesting approval of a 13 lot subdivision and to construct an office building, six apartments and 12 single family residential units on property zoned CH:PD. PROPERTY OWNERS: Mark & Debbie Tanner APPLICANT: Cupertino Development Corp. Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Parks & Forestry comments not available. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 2: 17975 Foster Road (Lot 5) (Revised Plans) a. Architecture and Site Application S-01-41 b. Conditional Use Permit U-01-19 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence, a vineyard and water tanks and a accessory living quarter on property zoned HR-2 1/2:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: McCarthy Land Co. LLC APPLICANT: TS/Civil Engineering, Inc. Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Parks & Forestry comments not available. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 3: 300 Marchmont Drive (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-01-55 Requesting approval to demolish the administration building library and to construct a new administration building and library and to add onto the Middle School on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Hillbrook School Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Parks & Forestry comments not available. Does not need to return to DRC.
