SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR SEPTEMBER 25, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division
Trish Duarte, Senior Engineering Technician
Melissa Huang, Assistant Engineer
Julie Linney, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 16840 Cypress Way (Revised Plans)
Conditional Use Permit U-01-3
Architecture and Site Application S-01-50
Requesting approval to construct a caretaker’s residence on property zoned
HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Ali Amidy
Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to DRC.
ITEM 2: 243, 248, 260 and 266 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and 413 Monterey Avenue
Building Permit #B01-000750 and B01-000755
Requesting approval of building permit plans for parking lot improvements
which reduces the number of required parking spaces to meet
disabled-accessible parking requirements.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Lawrence and Charlotte Petulla
Not heard since the building plans were revised so that the request to reduce
number of parking spaces was not longer
needed.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, October
2, 2001
