SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR SEPTEMBER 18, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC
CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: 210 Forrester Road (Revised Plans)
Architecture and Site Application S-01-73
Requesting approval of a grading permit to remodel a swimming pool, new
landscaping and retaining walls and pool house structure on property zoned HR- 2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER: Stacy Steele
APPLICANT: Ken Schoppet
Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 17520 High Street (Revised Plans)
a. Architecture and Site Application S-01-17
b. Minor Residential Development Application MR -01-23
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a
new residence and two accessory structures exceeding 450 square feet in area
on property zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Steve Goodison
APPLICANT: Mike Vierhus
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter
already scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued item.
ITEM 3: 16731 Hicks Road
Architecture and Site Application MR-01-28
Requesting approval to construct an accessory structure over 450 square feet within
the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Richard and Kimberly Zimmerman
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Fire, Planning and Engineering Divisions.
Must return to DRC.
