ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Trish Duarte, Senior Engineering Technician Julie Linney, Fire Department Darlene Monroe, Senior Building Inspector ITEM 1: 16639 Shannon Road (Lot 1) (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-117 Subdivision Application M-00-16 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence and for a lot line adjustment between two properties zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Lee Campbell Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering & Fire Divisions. Parks & Forestry comments not available. Must return to DRC. ITEM 2: 16639 Shannon Road (Lot 2) (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-119 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8.
