08-14-01 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR, AUGUST 14, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Jennifer Castillo, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division Trish Duarte, Senior Engineering Technician Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 110 Blueberry Drive Architecture and Site Application S-01-74 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Craig and Kathleen Leclair Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Planning Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed if demolition is justified. ITEM 2: 162 Villa Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-75 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: Westhills Investment Inc APPLICANT: James Rogers Deemed incomplete by Engineering, Planning and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Must return to DRC. ITEM 3: 210 Forrester Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-73 Requesting approval of a grading permit to remodel a swimming pool, new landscaping and retaining walls and pool house structure on property zoned HR- 2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: Stacy Steele APPLICANT: Ken Schoppet Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Must return to DRC. ITEM 4: 404 University Avenue and 92 and 96 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road (Revised Plans) a. Architecture and Site Application S-01-63 b. Conditional Use Permit U-01-14 Requesting approval to demolish three single family residences and to construct a mixed use office/apartment building with an alternating use of parking on properties zoned O. PROPERTY OWNER: Marie Peterson/CM-One, LLC APPLICANT: John Lien Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, environmental review process will commence. ITEM 5: 17435/17443 Farley Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-7 Requesting approval to construct a storage facility with subterranean parking and to construct two triplex buildings and renovate an existing house with a new detached garage on property zoned LM:PD. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: C.E. Development Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:15 A.M.
