SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR July 3, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Paulson.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner
Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner
Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer Technician
Melissa Huang, Assistant Engineer
Melanie Chase, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 254 University Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-01-58
Request to demolish a detached garage and to construct a new detached garage within
the required setbacks on a nonconforming lot zoned R -1D:LHP.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: James and Veronica Wagner
Deemed incomplete by Fire Department. Does not need to return to the Development
Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 126 University Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-01-61
Request to construct a detached garage within the required setbacks on a
nonconforming lot zoned R -1D:LHP.

Deemed incomplete. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee.

Requesting approval to demolish three single family residences and to construct a mixed

Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Must return
to the Development Review Committee.
