TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JULY 31, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER,
110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10A.M. by Chair Baily.

Architecture and Site Application S-01-6
Requesting approval to construct a detached structure over 450 square feet in area
and a grading permit to restore the natural contour and improve drainage on
properties zoned HR-2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER: Roger A. Smullen
APPLICANT: Rebecca Dye and W. Henry Helbush
Deemed complete. Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed.

Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision and to construct a new single family

Requesting approval of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use
designation from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential and a
Planned Development to change the zoning designation from RMH to
RM:5-20:PD to construct townhome units.
PROPERTY OWNER: Malcolm and Margaret McNelly
APPLICANT: Green Valley Corporation
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Engineering, Planning Division and the
Fire Department. Must return to Development Review Committee.
