07-24-01 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR July 24, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:05A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer Technician Melanie Chase, Fire Department Melissa Huang, Assistant Engineer VERBAL COMMUNICATION: Ray Davis expressed concern that appropriate roads are not developed as part of development applications and are not maintained after development. ITEM 1: 290 Wooded View Drive (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-84 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2 1/2. PROPERTY OWNER: Michael D. Fletcher APPLICANT: Camargo & Associates, Inc. Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter scheduled as a continued public hearing before the Planning Commission. ITEM 2: 15350 Suview Drive (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-22 Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Charles Hackett Deemed incomplete by Engineering Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter scheduled as a continued public hearing before the Planning Commission. ITEM 3: 16250 Shannon Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-69 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence, and to live in the existing residence until the new residence is completed and to demolish a portion of the single family residence and to convert the residence to an accessory structure on property zoned R-1:20. PROPERTY OWNER: Kevin and Roberta Hayashi APPLICANT: E. Gary Schloh Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Planning Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, and if determined to be compatible with the neighborhood, notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 17975 Foster Road Subdivision Application M-01-8 Requesting approval of a six lot subdivision on property zoned HR-2 1/2:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: McCarthy Land Co. LLC APPLICANT: TS/Civil Engineering, Inc. Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for a public hearing.
