ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer Technician Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Melissa Huang, Assistant Engineer ITEM 1: 16317 Englewood Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-64 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property prezoned R-1:20 PROPERTY OWNER: Joe and Susan Wall APPLICANT: Derek Van Alstine Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. If it is determined that the proposed residence is compatible with the neighborhood, a notice of intent to approve will be mailed. Otherwise, matter will be scheduled for a public hearing. ITEM 2: 25 Highland Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-6 Requesting approval of a grading permit to restore the natural contour and improve drainage on properties zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: Roger A. Smullen APPLICANT: Rebecca Dye and W. Henry Helbush Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, Parks & Forestry Divisions and the Fire Department since the application also includes the construction of an accessory structure. Must return to the Development Review Committee. ITEM 3: 100 Heintz Court Architecture and Site Application S-00-92 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-1:PD. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Summerhill Blossom Ltd. Deemed incomplete by the Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Already scheduled for the Planning Commission as a continued item. ITEM 4: 102 Heintz Court Architecture and Site Application S-00-94 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-1:PD. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Summerhill Blossom Ltd. Deemed incomplete by the Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Already scheduled for the Planning Commission as a continued item. ITEM 5: 16300 Cypress Way Architecture and Site Application S-01-66 Requesting approval of a grading permit for driveway improvements and to expand an existing detached garage over 450 square feet in area on property zoned HR-2 1/2. PROPERTY OWNER: Alan Nudelman APPLICANT: Gary Schloh Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 6: 533 San Benito Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-82 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 residence and a secondary dwelling unit and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Amy Fulton APPLICANT: Gary Kohlsaat, Architect Deemed incomplete by Engineering Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission agenda. ITEM 7: 15310 Kennedy Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-57 Requesting approval to construct a 1,000,000 gallon underground concrete reservoir on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: Green Eyes LLC APPLICANT: Power Engineering Contractors, Inc. Deemed incomplete by Engineering, Parks & Forestry Divisions. May need to return to the Development Review Committee depending on outcome of site visit. Once complete, environmental review process will commence. ITEM 8: 17975 Foster Road (Lot 5) Architecture and Site Application S-01-41 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence, a vineyard and water tanks on property zoned HR-2 1/2:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: McCarthy Land Co. LLC APPLICANT: TS/Civil Engineering, Inc. Deemed incomplete by Engineering, Parks & Forestry, and Planning Divisions. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission meeting. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 11:15 A.M.
