COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR June 19, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: Wedgewood Avenue (Lot 2)
Architecture and Site Approval S-99-21
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned
R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER: Union Bank of California, Trustee et al
APPLICANT: Stern & Champion Homebuilders
Applicant did not show. Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks & Public
Works Divisions. Must return to DRC.
ITEM 2: 139 Harding Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-01-040
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single
family residence on property zoned R -1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER: Brian J. Kelly
APPLICANT: Lisa Cesari
Deemed incomplete by the Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed.
ITEM 3: 15310 Kennedy Road
Architecture and Site Application S-01-57
Requesting approval to construct a 1,000,000 gallon underground concrete reservoir on
property zoned HR -2 1/2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Green Eyes LLC
APPLICANT: Power Engineering Contractors, Inc.
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks & Public Works Divisions. Must
return to DRC.
