ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer Technician Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Dave Gravel, Police Department Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Bud Lortz, Planning Director ITEM 1: 16675 Madrone Avenue (Lot 1) Architecture and Site Application S-00-16 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new residence on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: DeMattei and Cullen Development, LLC Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to approve the application will be mailed or matter will be scheduled for a public hearing. ITEM 2: 16675 Madrone Avenue (Lot 2) a. Architecture and Site Application S-01-34 b. Subdivision Application M-01-4 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to construct a new residence and a Subdivision application for a lot line adjustment between two properties zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: DeMattei and Cullen Development, LLC Architecture and Site application deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Subdivision application approved. Once Architecture and Site application is complete, matter will be scheduled for a public hearing. ITEM 3: 300 Calle Marguerita a. Development Application PD-99-002 b. Negative Declaration ND-99-10 Request for approval of a zone change from R-1:8 to RM:5-12:PD to construct eight townhouses. No significant environmental impacts have been identified and a Negative Declaration is recomme nded. PROPERTY OWNER: HL & L 99 LLC APPLICANT: Sui Hwu Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Must return to the Development Review Committee. ITEM 4: 162 Loma Alta Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-98 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new residence on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Paul and Gina Tuckfield Deemed complete. Notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 5: 16443 Mozart Way a. Subdivision Application M-00-15 b. Architecture and Site Application S-01-56 DRC Minutes June 12, 2001 Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision and to demolish a single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Dieter Mees APPLICANT: Darren McCandle Applicant did not show. Deemed incomplete by Engineering Division. Must return to the Development Review Committee. ITEM 6: 219 Bean Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-01-13 Requesting approval to modify a conditional use permit to increase the church seating, school enrollment and staff members on pr operty zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: Roman Catholic Bishop of San Jose APPLICANT: St Mary’s Church Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Public Works Division. Must return to the Development Review Committee. ITEM 7: 300 Marchmont Drive Architecture and Site Application S-01-55 Requesting approval to demolish the administration building and to construct a new administration building on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Hillbrook School Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Planning Divisions. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 11:10 A.M.
