ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer Technician Julie Linney, Fire Department Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Willie Dones, Assistant Engineer ITEM 1: 220 Garden Hill Drive (Revised Plans) a. Subdivision Application M-01-7 b. Architecture and Site Application S-01-46 Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision and approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Terry Schillinger APPLICANT: Leslie A. G. Dill Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, environmental review process will commence. ITEM 2: 464 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-48 Requesting approval to modify the exterior of a commercial building, add floor area, and to restripe the parking lot on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Mary Jane Ferrara APPLICANT: Terry J. Martin Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission Meeting. ITEM 3: 16443 Mozart Way (Revised Plans) Subdivision Application M-00-15 Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Dieter Mees APPLICANT: Darren McCandle Applicant did not show. Continued to the next meeting. ITEM 4: 742 Bicknell Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-49 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence (partial demolition) and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:20. PROPERTY OWNER: Ron Caselli APPLICANT: Gary Kohlsaat Deemed incomplete by Engineering Division. May have to return to the Development Review Committee depending on the outcome of the meeting dealing with the drainage. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M.
