SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR May 22, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Julie Linney, Fire Department

Architecture and Site Application S-01-51
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool and retaining
wall on property zoned HR -1.
PROPERTY OWNER: George and Rosanna Pillari
APPLICANT: Jim Morelan, Architect
Deemed complete. Notice of intent to approve will be mailed. If no opposition is
received, application will be approved.
ITEM 2: 17975 Foster Road
Architecture and Site Application S-01-41
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2
1/2:PD.
PROPERTY OWNER: McCarthy Land Co. LLC
APPLICANT: TS/Civil Engineering, Inc.
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Divisions. Must
return to Development Review Committee.
ITEM 3: 15390 Winchester Blvd
Planned Development Application PD-01-1
Requesting approval to modify a Planned Development to reconfigure four lots on
properties zoned R -1:8:PD and RM:5-12.
PROPERTY OWNER: Richard F., Feliz E. and Donald Bersano
APPLICANT: Donald Bersano
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development Review
Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning
Commission meeting.
