ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division Frederick Ho and Willie Dones, Engineering Division Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 66 Ellenwood Avenue Minor Residential Development Application MR-00-44 Requesting approval of a first and second story addition to a pre-1941 residence, approval to demolish a secondary dwelling unit and to incorporate the unit in the main residence and approval of a grading permit for driveway and yard improvements and a new swimming pool on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER: George Posada and Tammy Fine APPLICANT: Tony Jeans Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry Division. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to app rove the application will be mailed. ITEM 2: 139 Harding Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-110 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Don and Erin Walker APPLICANT: Robert Boles, Beausoleil Architects Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry and Planning Divisions. Must return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 3: 18400 Overlook Road Architecture and Site Application S-01-42 Requesting approval to modify the carport roofs on property zoned RM:5-12. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Rancho de Los Gatos Townhouses Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, application will be approved. ITEM 4: 300 Calle Marguerita (Revised Plans) a. Development Application PD-99-002 b. Negative Declaration ND-99-10 Request for approval of a zone change from R -1:8 to RM:5-12:PD to construct eight townhouses. No significant environmental impacts have been identified and a Negative Declaration is recommended. PROPERTY OWNER: HL & L 99 LLC APPLICANT: Sui Hwu Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Matter scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued item. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:55 A.M.
