ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Fred Ho, Engineering Division Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: La Rinconada Drive (Lot 28) (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-01-33 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R -1:12. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Saratoga Palms Development Inc. Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. If it is determined that the house is compatible with the neighborhood, notice of intent to approve will be mailed. Otherwise, matter will be referred to the Planning Commission. ITEM 2: 7 Spring Street Architecture and Site Application S-01-45 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Edwin and Pauline Abate Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Must return to DRC. Parks & Forestry comments will be mailed to applicant separately.
