COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR APRIL 24, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.

PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Saratoga Palms Development Inc.
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. If it is
determined that the house is compatible with the neighborhood, notice of intent to approve
will be mailed. Otherwise, matter will be referred to the Planning Commission.
