ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division Trish Duarte, Engineering Division Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 20 S. Santa Cruz Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-36 Requesting approval to install new entry landing steps and a bench at the corner on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Park Row East Apartments (Lyndon Plaza) APPLICANT: Christopher Anderson Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to retur n to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, application will be approved. ITEM 2: 15367 Los Gatos Boulevard (Revised Plans) Conditional Use Permit U-01-8 Requesting approval to modify a Conditional Use Permit to permit vehicle sales on p roperty zoned CH. PROPERTY OWNER: Dr. Donald A. Peck APPLICANT: Automart Group, Inc./Los Gatos Auto Mall Representative for project did not show. Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of June 13, 2001. ITEM 3: 17055 Pine Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-50 Appeal of the decision of the Development Review Committee to deny a request to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new residence, and a detached garage and pool house over 450 square feet in area on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPELLANT: David Maggetti APPLICANT: Gary Kohlsaat, Architect Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Matter already scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued item. ITEM 4: 244 Cerro Chico (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-42 Requesting approval to partially demolish an existing single -family residence and construct a new residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Joel Rubnitz Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to approve the application will be mailed. ITEM 5: 15491 Francis Oaks Way (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-99-27 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence in the HR -1 zone. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Bacchus Investments, LLC DRC Minutes March 20, 2001 −3− Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of June 27, 2001. ITEM 6: 280 Wooded View Drive (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-99-39 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Cheri Leroy APPLICANT: Mark Tersini - KT Properties Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry and Planning Divisions. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of April 11, 2001. ITEM 7: 14855 Oka Road (Revised Plans) a. Conditional Use Permit Application U-01-5 b. Architecture and Site Application S-01-13 c. Negative Declaration ND-01-3 Requesting approval of a master site plan for the Jewish Community Center and to construct and operate expanded facilities including a school, fitness center, day care and a youth and senior center. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project a Negative Declaration will be recommended. PROPERTY OWNER: Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center APPLICANT: Dennis Kobza & Associates Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks and Forestry Divisions.
