SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 27, 2001 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Verbal Communication: Ray Davis spoke about problems within the government and hopes
that the new Director and Manager will help resolve these issues.

Requesting approval to demolish an existing office building and to construct a new office
building on property zoned O.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Oak Meadow Center, LLC
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks and Forestry Divisions. Must
return to Development Review Committee.
ITEM 2: 285 Wooded View Drive (Revised Plans)

Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning
