02-20-01 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR FEBRUARY 20, 2001 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer, Parks and Forestry Division Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 50 University Avenue, Suite 180 Conditional Use Permit U-01-7 Requesting approval to operate a new restaurant (The Wine Cellar) with separate bar and live entertainment and outdoor seating at the site of an existing restaurant where the Conditional Use Permit has expired on property zoned C-2:PD:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER: SRI Old Town LLC APPLICANT: Julie Hauck Deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of March 14, 2001 as a consent item. ITEM 2: 471 Santa Rosa Drive Architecture and Site Application S-01-15 Requesting approval of an unlawful demolition of a single family residence and the construction of a new residence on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: Dave and Anita Shrigley APPLICANT: Hugh Kennedy Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Matter has been scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of February 28, 2001. ITEM 3: Corner of Kennedy and Shannon Roads (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-00-40 Negative Declaration ND-00-8 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property prezoned HR -20. No significant environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project and a Negative Declaration is recommended. PROPERTY OWNERS: Rich Forest and Lou Chetaud APPLICANT: Mark McKinney Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks and Public Works Divisions. Engineering comments will be sent separately.
