ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Tim Boyer and John Iaquinto, Parks and Forestry Division Trish Duarte, Engineering Division Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 17017 Roberts Road (Revised Plans) a. Subdivision Application M-00-3 b. Conditional Use Permit U-00-14 c. Architecture and Site Applications S-00-28 through S-00-31 Requesting approval to subdivide a parcel into four lots, and to demolish a single family residence and construct four residential townhomes on property zoned RM:5 -12. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT/APPELLANT: Mr. and Mrs. Khalid A. Mawla Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry, Planning and Engineering Divisions. Must return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 2: 14855 Oka Road a. Conditional Use Permit Application U-01-5 b. Architecture and Site Application S-01-13 DRC Minutes February 13, 2001 c. Negative Declaration ND-01-3 Requesting approval of a master site plan for the Jewish Community Center and to construct and operate expanded facilities including a school, fitness center, day care and a youth and senior center. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project a Negative Declaration will be recommended. PROPERTY OWNER: Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center APPLICANT: Dennis Kobza & Associates Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks and Forestry Divisions and the Fire Department.
