ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner John Iaquinto, Parks and Forestry Division Trish Duarte, Engineering Division Julie Linney, Fire Department ITEM 1: 280 Wooded View Drive (Revise d Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-99-39 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2 ½. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Cheri Leroy APPLICANT: Mark Tersini - KT Properties Deemed incomplete by Parks and Forestry and Engineering Divisions. Planning comments will be sent separately. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission agenda. ITEM 2: 15931 Union Avenue Lot 3 Architecture and Site Application S-01-4 Requesting approval to construct a new two story single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Union Avenue Development LLC Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 3: 105 Spreckles Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-01-6 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Richard D. and M.V. Schmidt Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks and Forestry Divisions. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 14 Glen Ridge Avenue Conditional Use Permit Application U-01-2 Requesting approval to legalize an accessory living quarter on property zoned R-1D. PROPERTY OWNER: James and Patti Levitt APPLICANT: E. Gary Schloh Deemed complete. Application tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of February 28, 2001 as a consent item. ITEM 5: 50 University Avenue DRC Minutes January 30, 2001 −3− Architecture and Site Application S-00-58 Requesting modification to an approved Architecture and Site application to modify the elevation along the creek side and to fill in commercial areas, to use abandoned areas as commercial space, and to install a trash enclosure on property zoned C-2:PD:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Federal Realty Investment Trust Deemed incomplete by the Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee.
