COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR January 16, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner
Tim Boyer, Parks Department
Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer Technician
Steve Lynch, Assistant Planner
Melanie Chase, Fire Department
ITEM 1: 49 Kimble Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-01-1
Requesting approval of a grading permit for landscaping and to construct
an accessory structure on property zoned R-1:20.
PROPERTY OWNER: Jack and Lorrie Cuthbert
APPLICANT: California Horticulture
Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Parks and Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Department Review Committee. Once Complete, notice of intent to approve will
be mailed.

Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks and Forestry Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, application will be scheduled
for next available Planning Commission agenda.
