COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JANUARY 9, 2001 IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Conditional Use Permit U-00-35
Requesting approval to legalize an existing caretakers unit on property zoned HR -2 1/2..
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Lynda L. Wijcik and Alex Barkas
Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review
Committee Once complete matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting
as a consent item.
ITEM 2: 15748 Kavin Lane
Architecture and Site Application S-00-125
Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new
residence on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER: Jill and Richard Martig
APPLICANT: Terry Martin Architects
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry & Planning Departments. Does not need to
return to DRC. Questionable if project is a demolition. Staff research is required.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:40 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, January
16, 2001.
