ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Engineering Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 138 Regent Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-113 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a retaining wall on property zoned HR-1:PD. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: John Mortensen Application deemed complete. Notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 2: 193 Kimble Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-114 Requesting approval of a partial demolition of a single family residence with first and second floor additions on property zoned R-1:20. PROPERTY OWNER: John and Alison Aiassa APPLICANT: Noel F. Cross Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be ma iled depending on Planning Commission decision of the General Plan policy regarding demolitions and new construction. ITEM 3: 14840 Las Flores Lane Architecture and Site Application S-00-112 Requesting approval to legalize an unlawful demolition and to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-1. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Khashayer Anoosheh Deemed incomplete by Planning, Fire and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to DRC. Depending on Planning Commission decision on the meeting of 12/5/00, the matter will either be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission meeting or a notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: Larga Vista Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-115 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence with a swimming pool on property zoned RC. PROPERTY OWNER: Jeffrey L. Pochop, Jr. APPLICANT: Stern & Champion Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Fire, Engineering and Planning Department s. Must return to DRC. ITEM 5: 81 Reservoir Rd Architecture and Site Application S-00-111 Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct retaining walls and approval to construct an accessory structure over 450 square feet in area on property zoned R-1:20. PROPERTY OWNER: Dennis and Kim McEvoy APPLICANT: Scotty Construction and Design DRC Minutes DECEMBER 5, 2000 −3− Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete and plans have been revised to eliminate the prop osed lawn area by the oak trees, the notice of intent to approve will be mailed.
