PROPERTY OWNER: Don and Erin Walker APPLICANT: Robert Boles, Beausoleil Architects DEEMED INCOMPLETE BY THE PLANNING, ENGINEERING, AND PARKS & FORESTRY DEPARTMENTS. DOES NOT NEED TO RETURN TO THE DRC. APPLICANT NOTIFIED THAT THE DRC CANNOT SUPPORT THE A PPLICATION DUE TO THE MASS OF THE PROJECT AND WILL RECOMMEND DENIAL IF THE ARCHITECTURE IS NOT REDESIGNED. ITEM 2: 16151 Los Gatos Boulevard Project Application PRJ-00-108 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to add square footage and to change the exterior of an existing auto dealership (Los Gatos Acura) on property in the CH zone. PROPERTY OWNER: Nancy Roberts Bowen APPLICANT: Wayne Renshaw, Architect DEEMED INCOMPLETE BY THE PLANNING AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS. DOES NOT NEED TO RETURN TO THE DRC. WHEN THE PROJECT IS DEEMED COMPLETE, THE APPLICATION WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE FIRST AVAILABLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. ITEM 3: 16443 Mozart Way Subdivision Application M-00-15 Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision on property zoned R -1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Dieter Mees APPLICANT: Darren McCandle DEEMED INCOMPLETE BY THE PLANNING, ENGINEERING, AND PARKS & FORESTRY DEPARTMENTS. DOES NOT NEED TO RETURN TO THE DRC. BECAUSE THE APPLICATION WILL CREATE A FLAG LOT, THE DRC CANNOT RECOMMEND APPROVAL AND FINAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Saeed Alampaykar DEEMED INCOMPLETE BY THE PLANNING, ENGINEERING, AND PARKS & FORESTRY DEPARTMENTS. DOES NOT NEED TO RETURN TO THE DRC. WHEN THE PROJECT IS DEEMED COMPLETE, THE APPLICATION WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE FIRST AVAILABLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.
