ATTENDANCE Members Present: Julie Linney, Fire Department Trish Duarte, Engineering Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 69 Broadway Architecture and Site Application S-00-15 Appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission approving a request to demolish a main structure which includes a secondary dwelling unit and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1D:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: David and Laurie Zicovich APPELLANT: Gary Ehlert DEEMED INCOMPLETE BY PARKS & FORESTRY, AND THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FROM PLANNING MAY BE FORTHCOMING.
