COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR OCTOBER 24, 2000 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05A.M. by Chair Baily.

c. Negative Declaration ND-99-11
Request for approval of a General Plan amendment from Low Density Residential to High
Density Residential and a zone change from R-1:12 to RM:5-20:PD to construct an 89 unit
residential care facility for the elderly. No significant environmental impacts have been
identified as a result of this project, and a Negative Declaration is recommended.
