ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Engineering Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Steven Lynch, Assistant Planner Gwen Cross, Police Department ITEM 1: 467 - 481 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-90 Requesting approval of exterior modifications to a commercial building on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Evelyn Yao DEEMED COMPLETE, APPLICATION APPROVED ITEM 2: 217A N. Santa Cruz Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-00-30 Requesting approval to modify a conditional use permit (Juicy Burger) to permit the sale of beer and wine with meals on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Mahmoud Ghayoumipour APPLICANT: Rugani Family Partnership APPLICANT DID NOT SHOW. APPLICATION WILL BE RECOMMENDED FOR DENIAL DUE TO CONCERNS FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. ITEM 3: 17435 and 17443 Farley Road a. Planned Development Application PD-99-1 b. Project Application PRJ-98-171 c. Negative Declaration ND-99-0002 Requesting approval of a Planned Development to change the zone from LM to LM:PD to construct a two story research and development building with underground parking, and an Architecture and Site application to demolish two pre-1941 structures and convert a single family residence to a triplex. No significant environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project, and a Negative Declaration is recommended. PROPERTY OWNER: William Errico & Dennis Chegwin APPLICANT: C.E.
