COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR September 26, 2000 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to modify a conditional use permit (Juicy Burger) to permit the sale

Requesting approval of a Planned Development to change the zone from LM to LM:PD to

an Architecture and Site application to demolish two pre-1941 structures and convert a
single family residence to a triplex. No significant environmental impacts have been
identified as a result of this project, and a Negative Declaration is recommended.
