ITEM 2 550 Santa Rosa Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-87 Requesting approval of a grading permit for landscaping improvements on property zoned HR-2 1/2. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Joe Fazio DEEMED INCOMPLETE BY PARKS & FORESTRY, PLANNING, AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS.
