SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR September 12, 2000 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:

Julie Linney, Fire Department
Tim Boyer, Parks Department

Steven Lynch, Assistant Planner
Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner
Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner
Verbal Communications:
Ray Davis spoke concerning the appropriateness of the DRC process and the Brown Act. His concern is
that it was unclear what the DRC’s action was during the meeting.
ITEM 1: 16080 Greenridge Terrace
Architecture and Site Application S-00-83
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a swimming pool on property zoned
HR-1.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Randolph Scott
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning and Engineering Departments. Does not need to
return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be either scheduled for a Planning Commission hearing if
grading is still an issue, or notice of intent to approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: End of Eugenia Way
Architecture and Site Application S-00-81
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property prezoned HR -
2 1/2.

Deemed incomplete by Parks, Planning, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to
DRC. Once complete application will either be denied due to compatibility concerns or notice of
intent to approve will be mailed if the compatibility issue is resolved.

Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter is ten tatively

Requesting modification to an approved Architecture and Site application to modify the
elevation along the creek side, to use abandoned areas as commercial space and to install

Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Fire Departments. Does not need to return to
DRC. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of 11/15/00.

ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 11:30 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the
