ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department John Iaquinto Parks Department Trish Duarte, Engineering Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Steven Lynch, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner ITEM 1: 42 Elm Street Conditional Use Permit U-00-26 Requesting approval to modify a conditional use permit to serve beer and wine with meals on property zoned C-2. PROPERTY OWNER: Creamery II Investors LLC APPLICANT: Farhad and Belghis Proushani Deemed incomplete by Planning & Police Departments. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting as a consent item. ITEM 2: 118 Bacigalupi Drive Architecture and Site Application S-00-78 Requesting approval to demolish a single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned R-1:12. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Ricky Clark Deemed incomplete by Engineering and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, notice of intent to approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 285 Wooded View Drive (Revised Plans) Architecture and Site Application S-99-13 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2 2. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Vino Malhotra Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, Fire and Parks & Forestry Departments. Scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting as a continued item. ITEM 5: ITEM 56371 Oleander Avenue (Continued from last meeting) Architecture and Site Application S-00-77 Requesting approval to demolish an existing residence and to construct a new single family residence on property prezoned R-1:8.
