ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Melanie Chase, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Engineering Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steven Lynch, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 50 Los Gatos - Saratoga Road Architecture and Site Approval S-00-61 Requesting approval of additional square footage by converting an existing porte cochere into a lobby area on property zoned CH:PD. PROPERTY OWNER: K.N. Properties APPLICANT: G. R. Ward, Associate AIA Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 2: 15780 Los Gatos Boulevard Architecture and Site Approval S-00-60 Requesting approval to convert an existing residence into an office and residential use on property zoned CH. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Dan Garza Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, & Engineering Departments. Must return to DRC. ITEM 3: 565 University Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-57 Requesting approval to construct arbors to cover the exterior bocce ball courts on property zoned LM. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Campo di Bocce/Tom Albanese Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does no t need to return to DRC. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 4: 16005 Los Gatos Boulevard (Revised Plans) Project Application PRJ-98-072 Requesting Architecture and Site approval to remodel an existing auto dealership (Swanson Ford) and to build a new parking garage for auto storage on property in the CH zone. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Robert Swanson Family Partnership (Bruce Swanson) Deemed incomplete by Planning, Fire, Parks & Forestry, & Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to DRC. Once complete, environmental review process will begin. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:45 A.M.
