SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 29, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:15 A.M. by Chair Baily.

ITEM 1: 14545 Oka Lane
Architecture and Site Application S-00-76
Requesting approval to install a portable restroom and shower for an employee facility
building on property zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Santa Clara Valley Water District
Application deemed complete and approved.
ITEM 2: 16371 Oleander Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-00-77
Requesting approval to demolish an existing residence and to construct a new single
family residence on property prezoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Brad and Kirsten Jaeb
Applicant did not show. Continued to next meeting.
ITEM 3: 118 Harwood Court
Architecture and Site Application S-00-75
Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-2
1/2.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Marian and Philip Siu
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does
not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be
scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 4: 15350 Suview Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-00-22
Requesting approval to construct a new residence on property zoned HR-2 2.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Charles Hackett
Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Matter already scheduled as a continued
item for a Planning Commission meeting.
ITEM 4: 14300 Winchester Blvd (Revised Plans)
a. Planned Development Application PD-00-4
b. Negative Declaration ND-00-6
Requesting approval of a zone change from CM to CM:PD to construct a research and
development building. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of
this project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended.
PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato Interests III a CAL. L.P.
APPLICANT: Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners, Inc.
Deemed incomplete by Fire, Parks & Forestry and Planning Departments. Does not need
to return to Development Review Committee. Environmental review process will
commence.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 10:20 A.M. The next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Development Review Committee is Tuesday, September
5, 2000.
