SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 15, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Architecture and Site Application S-99-8
Requesting approval of a grading permit for on property zoned HR-2 ½.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Howard and Jeanette Spinner
Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry, Planning & Engineering Departments. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will either be scheduled for
next available Planning Commission meeting or notice of intent to approve will be mailed.
ITEM 2: 15500 Los Gatos Boulevard

Requesting approval to install an awing around the perimeter of the building and a
mezanine within the building on property zoned CH.
