COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 8, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR -2

Deemed incomplete by Planning & Parks & Forestry Departments. Matter was continued
to the Planning Commission meeting of 8/23/00.
ITEM 2: 227 Jones Road
Architecture and Site Application S-00-63
Requesting approval to reconstruct a deck located within the required setbacks on a
nonconforming lot zoned R-1:8.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Joel Kass
Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to DRC. Once
complete, notice of intent to approve the application will be mailed.

Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property zoned
R-1D:LHP.
PROPERTY OWNER: Ken and Diane Thompson
APPLICANT: THIS Design
Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry & Engineering Departments. Does not
need to return to DRC. Once complete, notice of intent to approve the application will be
mailed.
