SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JULY 11, 2000 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Conditional Use Permit U-00-19
Requesting approval to legalize a nonconforming restaurant (Los Gatos Pizza) on
property zoned C-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Blossom Hill Investment Company
APPLICANT: Manjeet S. Bola
Applicant did not show. Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to
return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for
next available Planning Commission meeting.

Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a
