ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Steven Lynch, Assistant Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Steve Kowalski, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner ITEM 1: 14080 Blossom Hill Road Conditional Use Permit U-00-19 Requesting approval to legalize a nonconforming restaurant (Los Gatos Pizza) on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER: Blossom Hill Investment Company APPLICANT: Manjeet S. Bola Applicant did not show. Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 2: 17055 Pine Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-50 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new residence and a detached garage and pool over house over 450 square feet in area on property zoned R-1:8. PROPERTY OWNER: Jerome and Allissa Park APPLICANT: Gary Kohlsaat, Architect Deemed incomplete by Parks & Forestry and Planning Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, Notice of Intent to Approve will be mailed. ITEM 4: 17017 Roberts Road a. Subdivision Application M-00-3 b. Conditional Use Permit U-00-14 c. Architecture and Site Applications S-00-28 through S-00-31 Requesting approval to subdivide a parcel into four lots, and to demolish a single family residence and construct four residential condominiums on property zoned RM:5-12. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Mr. and Mrs. Khalid A. Mawla Plans were deemed complete. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once application is complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission meeting. ITEM 5: 759 Blossom Hill Road Architecture and Site Application S-00-49 Requesting approval to rebuild a fire damaged single family residence with a second story on property zoned R-1:10. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Keith Freeman Deemed incomplete by Planning and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 7: 130 Edelen Avenue Subdivision Application M-00-11 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two lots on properties zoned R-1D:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER: Ken and Diane Thompson APPLICANT: THIS Design Deemed incomplete by Planning & Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, application will be approved. ITEM 8: 15681 Kennedy Road Architecture and Site Application S-00-54 Requesting approval of a grading permit for landscape work on property zoned HR-2 ½.
