ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Tim Boyer, Parks Department Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer ITEM 1: Corner of Kennedy and Shannon Roads Architecture and Site Application S-00-40 Requesting approval to construct a new single family residence on property prezoned HR-20. PROPERTY OWNERS: Rich Forest and Lou Chetaud APPLICANT: Mark McKinney Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee. ITEM 2: 565 University Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-00-57 Requesting approval to construct arbors to cover the exterior bocce ball courts on property zoned LM. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Campo di Bocce/Tom Albanese Applicant did not show. Continued to next meeting. ITEM 3: 50 University Avenue Project Application S-00-58 Requesting modification to an approved Architecture and Site application to modify the elevation along the creek side, to use abandoned areas as commercial space and to install additional parking spaces on property zoned C-2:PD:LHP. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Federal Realty Deemed incomplete by Planning, Building, Engineering, Fire, Parks & Forestry Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee.
