ATTENDANCE Members Present: Julie Linney, Fire Department John Iaquinto, Parks Department Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner Chris Riordan, Assistant Planner Joel Paulson, Assistant Planner Trish Duarte, Senior Engineer ITEM 1: 1492 and 1440 Pollard Road Conditional Use Permit U-00-20 Requesting approval to convert a commercial space into a super drugstore (Longs) on property zoned C-1. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Rinconada Investment company Deemed incomplete by Planning, Parks & Forestry, and Engineering Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for the next available Planning Commission agenda. ITEM 2: 250 Almendra Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-00-22 Requesting approval to tape and conduct live satellite television broadcasts on property zoned O. PROPERTY OWNER: Ron Durham and Richard Sermone APPLICANT: Media Arts Group Inc. Applicant did not show. Deemed incomplete by Planning Department. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission Agenda. ITEM 3: 15700 Winchester Blvd. Architecture and Site S-00-56 Conditional Use Permit U-00-21 Requesting to convert an existing office building into a single family residence and to construct a new detached one story single family residence on property zoned O. PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: George Richardson Deemed incomplete by Planning, Engineering, and Parks & Forestry Departments. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee. Once complete, matter will be scheduled for next available Planning Commission agenda. ITEM 4: 14300 Winchester Blvd. a. Planned Development Application PD-00-4 b. Negative Declaration ND-00-6 Requesting approval of a zone change from CM to CM:PD to construct a research and development building. If no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative Declaration will be recommended. PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato Interests III a CAL. L.P. APPLICANT: Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners, Inc. Deemed incomplete by Engineering, Parks & Forestry, Fire, and Planning Departments. Must return to Development Review Committee.
